In any repair business where each job is different in severity, appointment times can be a difficult thing to keep punctual.
There are many circumstances beyond our control that could throw off the time allotted for a particular appointment.
Paintless Dent Removal, Wheel Refinishing and Headlight Restoration is an art, not a science and each job is very different.
While we always get to our first appointment on time, it is impossible to know EXACTLY how long that appointment or any other appointment will take. Most of the time, we do not see the actual damage prior to the appointment. The only details we have (unless a digital photo is emailed to us) are those provided by the customer/dealership. At times we get to a job only to find out that the damage was inadvertently underestimated by the client. This results in us having to spend more time than allotted to complete the repair so please be understanding if we call you to tell you that we are behind schedule.
